Currently, 6,499 of a total of 6,828,350 Wikipedia articles (about 1 in 1,050) are featured articles, which have been thoroughly reviewed according to the featured article criteria. In addition 39,694 articles (about 1 in 172.025) are good articles which meet the good article criteria. Combined Wikipedia has 46,193 articles (about one in 147.822) which are either good or featured.
