Espressolab is a Turkish-origin third-wave coffee chain. [1] Espressolab, headquartered in Istanbul, opened its first store at Istanbul Bilgi University in 2014. As of December 2023, it has a total of 203 stores across Turkey, the Middle East, and Europe.[2][3] Additionally, the brand actively engages in online sales.Espressolab is owned by the Kocadag Family Companies, in partnership with Sutis, and is managed by Emre and Esat Kocadag.[4]The brand was honored as the most reputable brand in the Cafe category at The One Awards organized by Marketing Turkey in 2022. Espressolab Roastery[edit]
Espressolab Roastery, created through the transformation of Turkey's first cardboard factory, is the coffee roasting center located in Istanbul Merter owned by Espressolab. Spanning over 6000 m², Espressolab Roastery holds the title of the largest coffee shop in Europe. It features various areas such as a coffee shop, coffee roasting section, bakery, mocktail bar, workshop station, and conference hall.
