I'd like to request that the edit history of havok be severed into two, since someone reused the page. The old page was merged elsewhere, and the two are different topics. It is likely that the page will be renamed, with a disambiguator having nothing to do with the content of the first topic of the page, so the edit history prior to 2010 December should be cut and moved to havok (disambiguation). The page "havok" was merged to "havoc" in 2008. It was rewritten for a different topic in 2010 Dec. 65.94.45.160 (talk) 05:25, 26 April 2011 (UTC)
Before It Explodes(song) is a recreation of Before It Explodes (song), the edit histories do not overlap, so the histories should exist in one location, that with the proper spacing. One became a redirect before the other started. 65.94.45.160 (talk) 04:59, 24 April 2011 (UTC)
Pavilion was moved to Pavilion (disambiguation) via cut-and-paste move last year, and redirected elsewhere. The history needs to be reattached; the talk page as well. 65.94.45.160 (talk) 04:35, 20 April 2011 (UTC)
List of books by Dr. Seuss to Dr. Seuss bibliography- Note - The original Dr. Seuss bibliography page was under the name List of Dr. Seuss Books. This page was moved List of Dr. Seuss books which in turn was moved to List of books by Dr. Seuss. This page was eventually deleted and merged into the main Dr. Seuss page. The lists page was remade a year later, not under the name List of books by Dr. Seuss, but under the original name List of Dr. Seuss books. The new page was in turn moved to its current location, Dr. Seuss bibliography. In short we have a bunch of history in the List of books by Dr. Seuss that wasn't merged into the new page. I know this is complex move and thanks for the help. Oldag07 (talk) 23:44, 16 April 2011 (UTC)
Golden Age was cut and pasted from Golden age at 00:24, 26 March 2009. Please merge the edit history. Thanks. --Pengyanan (talk) 13:49, 14 April 2011 (UTC)
Tré CoolTré Cool → Tre Cool – Tre Cool started out as the article, and Tré Cool was a redirect. In March 2005, someone did a cut'n'paste swap of the article and redirect, leaving the article at Tré Cool. This is incorrect, as is now noted and cited on the article. All reliable sources state his name is Tre, and is not Tré with an accent. So it all needs swapped back around. The redirect Tre Cool needs to be deleted and the article Tré Cool moved to Tre Cool. Then a redirect re-created at Tré Cool. Escape Orbit(Talk) 21:26, 10 April 2011 (UTC)
Tim Spears to Tim Spears (Rugby Player)/Tim Spears (rugby) on 7 April 2010. Original page was repurposed and is now at AfD. • Gene93k (talk) 01:52, 7 April 2011 (UTC)
Particle size was cut and pasted to Particle size (grain size) in 1 Nov 2007, subsequently it was converted into a dab page, so the pre dab page material should be spliced to the article. 65.93.12.101 (talk) 02:55, 1 April 2011 (UTC)
File:IMG 0038.jpg: Image uploaded over the top of a completely different image. Please split and rename the image of Sharleen Spiteri to File:Sharleen Spiteri 2009.jpg. January (talk) 13:45, 27 March 2011 (UTC)
I didn't know about the mediawiki image, I was hoping to split out the two uploads in the English Wikipedia file. The original image uploaded in 2006 was of a Buddhist hall [1], the singer image was uploaded as a new version of the same file in 2009. January (talk) 16:41, 28 March 2011 (UTC)
Sezi Mbaguta to Seezi Mbaguta (move asked for) Current name is fine, no move needed, but the redirect Sezi Mbaguta has history behind it which hides the fact that the actual article author is Dr. Blofeld. Merge is needed to reveal the fact, hiding in the redirect history, that the author is Dr. Blofeld. Dr.K.λogosπraxis 14:24, 25 March 2011 (UTC)
Springhill High School has been partly C&P to Springhill High School (Rochdale), partly C&P to Springhill High School (Louisiana) and converted to a disambig. I think the general idea is fine, but obviously the edit history is wrong, and anyway the copy has gone wrong. Could someone do the necessaries to get the old content & history at Springhill High School into the new article at Springhill High School (Rochdale)? The second paragraph of the old article belongs at Springhill High School (Louisiana). The third para stays with Springhill High School (Rochdale). I think. Quaker State -> Quaker State Corporation - Please restore the edits of Quaker State deleted in Dec 2006 to Quaker State Corporation. This is a very notable brand that should have never been deleted. Keep the redirect edit to show where this was redirecting to all this time. Restor talk page as well if content was deleted. Cmjc80 (talk) 22:30, 14 March 2011 (UTC)
In April 2006, Bathysphere was cut-and-pasted to Bathysphere (vessel), and converted to a disambiguation page. This has subsequently been converted into a redirect to the primary topic, the article that was cut-and-pasted. So the edit history prior to conversion to a dab page needs to be reattached. Talk:Bathysphere (vessel) currently indicates a requested move to move it back to the primary location. 65.93.15.125 (talk) 05:03, 1 March 2011 (UTC)
Virginia Destroyers - This page was recently deleted twice because of page moves. Please restore the edits of those deletions to this page. Thank You Cmjc80 (talk) 23:30, 24 February 2011 (UTC)
I'm not sure what should be done with the two revisions of Jewish Resistance Movement dated 23 June 2008 (the original copy-paste and revert), and perhaps they should just be deleted. -- Black Falcon(talk) 21:38, 17 February 2011 (UTC)
There is currently a bit of a mess around Caspian Pony and Caspian horse (the former was c&p moved to the latter) and redirects Caspian pony and Caspian Horse that I don't have time to sort out at the moment. Thryduulf (talk) 11:40, 10 February 2011 (UTC)

Please merge the history of 3. Fußball-Bundesliga into 3rd Liga, its a naughty cut and paste I did a couple of years ago and should really be fixed. Sorry about that! Calistemon (talk) 11:28, 9 February 2011 (UTC)
There was never any discussion for the merge to Wikipedia#community. This is part of a procedural split-up of the Criticism of Wikipedia article. MarcusQwertyus 10:19, 6 February 2011 (UTC)
But what needs to be history-merged with what? Or is it a history-split that needs to be done? Or what? Anthony Appleyard (talk) 16:21, 6 February 2011 (UTC)
If possible save the old talk page and not the userspace one. I'm almost tempted to create the Criticism of the Wikipedia community article while I find a way to make it be neutral except I'm afraid I would create a monster I can't destroy. MarcusQwertyus 23:45, 6 February 2011 (UTC)
I'm going to move my draft to Community of Wikipedia since that is a better title. If they still need to be history merged please do so. MarcusQwertyus 12:21, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
User:Blake/Resetti to Mr. Resetti. I really need to create articles in the namespace with a {{WIP}} tag from now on... Or does it not bother you? :P Blake(Talk·Edits) 04:01, 4 February 2011 (UTC)
Minnesota IMPLAN Group was cut and pasted to MIG, Inc. and the former was turned into a redirect to the latter. Per the edit summary, the company has apparently changed its name. Zachlipton (talk) 19:20, 1 February 2011 (UTC)
The article was originally at Pit (Nintendo). It got redirected, and a WIP was created at User:Harry Blue5/Pit (Kid Icarus). I told Harry to ask for it to be history merged to "Pit (Nintendo)", and then move it to where he wants it, but he ignored me and had you move it to Pit (Kid Icarus). I think the history should all be on one page, which I guess will be "Pit (Kid Icarus)". Sorry for the mess. Blake(Talk·Edits) 15:26, 30 January 2011 (UTC)
Kid Icarus has about 16000 bytes in each recent edit.
Pit (Nintendo) has about 13000 bytes in each recent edit.
Pit (Kid Icarus) has about 4000 increasing to about 8000 bytes in each recent edit.
The last text edit of Pit (Nintendo) is at 21:00, 10 December 2010 by User:Blake, has 12,060 bytes.
The texts of those 2 edits look very different to me. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 23:51, 30 January 2011 (UTC)
I may have stepped in too quickly here and done the request without realising there was a query on it. Sorry if I have made things worse. Keith D (talk) 00:11, 31 January 2011 (UTC)
Everything seems to be in order. Thanks. Blake(Talk·Edits) 00:38, 31 January 2011 (UTC)
Standing Lincoln to Abraham Lincoln: The Man. Original cut and paste move by Alanscottwalker on 23 October 2010; the target article has been edited since and moved twice (once by me - sorry). The source article was edited to be a redirect to the new title and has only subsequently been edited to fix double redirects with the moves. Hopefully this won't be too hard a merge, but it looks to me a little tougher than "simple" because of subsequent editing. Thanks, --MegaSloth (talk) 21:27, 19 January 2011 (UTC)
Khalid 's edit history up to Sept 2006 should be merged with Khaled , to clear the significant edit history away from a location target of a requested move. The page originated at Khaled in 2003, and was subsequently recreated at Khaled after the original page was moved. The original page's significant edit history ends a few days after it was moved. 65.94.69.242 (talk) 19:19, 8 January 2011 (UTC)
Please merge the histories of Costa-Gavras and Costa Gavras. The Costa Gavras article was wrongly converted into a redirect without moving the article properly to Costa-Gavras. Thus the present location of the article at Costa-Gavras has a very limited history while the rest of its very long history is buried at the redirect Costa Gavras. Original cut-paste move is here. Dr.K.λogosπraxis 02:02, 6 January 2011 (UTC)
I kindly ask some administrator to move the User:Despotovic to User:Despotović because it's the same person - me. In fact, when I started the first registration on Wikipedia it was on the name Despotovic, later, someone changed my pages to Despotović and than I changed the user name to Despotović and since then constantly edit under this name. I would pray that you observe this explanation.--Despotović (talk) 10:54, 6 April 2011 (UTC)
Not doneCommon Sense Realism needs to be moved to Common sense realism per normal style (the latter is currently a redirect to a third page which, like a fourth and fifth page also, is (rightly) proposed for merger with the present page). Redheylin (talk) 02:13, 26 March 2011 (UTC)
Nothing to histmerge with. Asked for as plain discussed move. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 09:54, 2 April 2011 (UTC)
Burmese Chinese was moved to Chinese people in Burma a couple of days ago. I moved the article back to its original title (via cut-and-paste) but need help in moving back the logs. Please help. Thanks. Hybernator (talk) 05:20, 5 February 2011 (UTC)
Not done (nothing to move) (done as plain redirect) Anthony Appleyard (talk) 10:00, 5 February 2011 (UTC)
Not doneCashbox (magazine) to Cashbox (asked for by {{db-histmerge}}): nothing at Cashbox to histmerge with, except 4 redir edits. I made Cashbox into a disambig, as to most people cashbox is a box for cash, not a defunct periodical. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 07:05, 26 January 2011 (UTC)
Continental-United Airlines merger[2] to United Airlines – Continental Airlines merger[3] by Alanscottwalker on 2 October 2010 (only other one by this user I could see). This is a mess. The cut part of the cut-and-paste move was undone, but the paste part was allowed to remain. Both articles have continued since, although the titles suggest they are on precisely the same topic. The original cut-and-paste mover appears to have continued to contribute to both articles. I don't know how this should be dealt with at all. Good luck. --MegaSloth (talk) 22:06, 19 January 2011 (UTC)
Further note: actually it may not be too bad. On further investigation, it looks like the target page was edited very little before it was turned into a redirect. Perhaps a note on a dummy edit might even suffice?--MegaSloth (talk) 22:37, 19 January 2011 (UTC)
