Stuart Rosenthal is is an American economist at Cornell University, where he currently serves as the inaugural Paul Rubacha chair of its Department of Real Estate [1]. He has been the co-managing director of the Journal of Urban Economics since 2007[2].
Rosenthal received his PhD in economics at University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1986[3]. Prior to Cornell University, he was a professor of economics at Syracuse University since 1999 [4].
