I disagree that it is gibberish. It is badly written, but not "consisting purely of incoherent text or gibberish with no meaningful content or history". I think the article is not notable, and adds no benefit to Wikipedia, but I think that G1 is the wrong criteria to apply. I suggest prod'ing it or nominating it for deletion.
